The Philip C. Jessup International Law Moot Court Competition是世界上最大的模拟法庭竞赛。每年全球参赛队约 700支。中国大陆赛区约60所法学院参加国内选拔赛，获胜者将在华盛顿参加国际赛。我校法学院将在9月26日（周五）16：00- 20：00在教学楼地下模拟法庭进行队员选拔。

要求：

1. 性格坚毅，具备较好的法律研究能力和良好的英语水平，有充足的时间能够全程参加6个月的备赛活动，具有优秀的团队合作精神。（备赛自2025年10月至2026年3月）

2. 请在9月24日中午12：00前，将个人简历（中文）和法律意见书（英文）合并为一个word文档，发送至xiejingjing@uir.edu.cn

法律意见书应围绕赛题中的两个主张之一进行论证。

主张一：(b) that Restovia has breached the terms of ARPA, as well as its customary international law obligations, in failing to properly consult with and obtain the free, prior, and informed consent of the Pilemon people to the development of the Gordian Gorge; 

或者主张二：(c) that Alekostria violated the Extradition Treaty when it refused to surrender Ms. Scott, as ne bis in idem is not a general principle of law, and in any event would not be violated by her trial in Restovia;
